Due to the unique situation of refugee students, they are placed in their levels based on a number of factors. 1) How much education they have had in the past. 2) Their age group. 3) Their literacy and numeracy levels. As a result, classes will have students who are similar in age and level.

Education 4all classes have a range of 4 students to a maximum of 15 students per class. However, up until now, classes never exceeded this number. If and when classes exceed the maximum number of 15 students, the class will be divided and more volunteer teachers will be hired.

Upon application, staff members will contact volunteer applicants via the email they have applied with.  Within that email, a booking link will be shared where the applicant can book his/her interview appointment.
